A mental healthcare provider who meets your needs.
My Background
EDUCATION
Master of Arts in Applied Psychological Science
I graduated from Pacific University School of Graduate Psychology. The majority of my course work included an emphasis on human growth and development within their cultural and social identities, examining individual relationships and the way that individuals relate to their environments.
Experience
Community Mental Health
Throughout my career and education, I have worked with both survivors and perpetrators of intimate partner violence, complex trauma survivors, and individuals diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). As a licensed clinician, I am required to participate in continuing education.
License
Licensed Professional Associate
As a Registered Associate with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists (Board), I abide by its Code of Ethics. I am supervised by Raina Cole McRae, a licensed clinical social worker, which I am happy to explain in depth if you would like.
MY PHILOSOPHY
I offer therapy services for individuals and families, and see clients between the ages of 12 and 45 years old. I approach counseling through the understanding that individuals are a product of their environmental contexts and may equally influence those contexts. I also believe that we do not exist in a stagnant and unchanging world, and are continuously evolving as individuals, which shapes my scope of practice. I focus on working with clients towards empowerment and identifying behavioral, cognitive, and emotional patterns that may no longer serve their best interests.
Using dialectical behavioral therapy, I work with clients towards empowerment in identifying behavioral, cognitive, and emotional patterns that no longer serve their best interests. It is my goal to work with you to develop healthy coping behaviors, restructure emotions, and create relationships that reflect the goals we establish in therapy.
I believe each of us possesses the potential to take responsibility for the lives we’ve been given and to create our own meaning. I collaborate with my clients to embark on an inward journey where we explore how they can utilize their strengths to heal, live authentically and reach their full potential.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Yes, I am credentialed with several common insurances. For more information, such as rates and accepted insurance, please see my about page.
What IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
I ask that you provide me with minimum 48 hours notice for cancellations. I will always communicate about this with you and determine if we’re a good fit prior to making changes to your scheduled appointments.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CONTACT YOU OUTSIDE OF OUR APPOINTMENTS?
If you need a consultation outside of a scheduled appointment, please direct your request to me via the email or phone number listed. I may not be able to respond to requests for consultation outside of these hours.
Note: I am not available on an emergency basis. If you are experiencing an emergency or are concerned you may be a threat to yourself or others, please dial 911, 988 (an emergency line specific to suicide and mental health crises) or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
